Terms and Conditions — Jiliph Now

These Terms and Conditions use the following defined terms throughout. Understanding them will help you read the rest of this document clearly.

To register and maintain an account on jiliph now, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Jiliph now does not permit gambling by persons under 18. If we have reason to believe a member is underage, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds forfeited pending investigation.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and use.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted on jiliph now.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or family member of a current employee of jiliph now or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must have the legal capacity under Philippine law to enter into a binding agreement.

One Account Per Member

Each member is permitted one jiliph now account only. Multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first registered one will be closed and any balances may be voided without prior notice.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliph now login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Jiliph now will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have shared your credentials or failed to secure your login details. Documents Required

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

Incomplete or False Information

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during the KYC process is a serious breach of these terms. Jiliph now reserves the right to suspend the account, freeze the balance, and report the matter to relevant authorities where fraud or identity misrepresentation is suspected.

All deposits to jiliph now are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). The following payment methods are accepted:

• GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards

Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on jiliph now is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted based on your account tier. E-wallet deposits via GCash and Maya are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your jiliph now balance.

Deposits From Third Parties

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Jiliph now does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name, the deposit may be reversed and the account flagged for review.

Members may request withdrawals of their real money balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until their associated wagering requirement has been fully met.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible
• Accounts with active bonus funds must complete the applicable wagering requirement before the cash balance becomes withdrawable

Processing Times

Jiliph now aims to process all legitimate withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Standard processing times are:

• InstaPay transfers: typically within 1–4 hours

Refused Withdrawals

Jiliph now reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request if: (a) KYC has not been completed; (b) the account is under investigation for suspected fraudulent activity; (c) the withdrawal would leave an outstanding balance below the required minimum; or (d) the account has violated any of these Terms and Conditions.

Jiliph now regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are governed by specific terms that must be read and accepted at the time of claiming. The following general bonus rules apply to all jiliph now promotions unless stated otherwise in the offer's specific terms.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method
• Bonuses can only be claimed during the promotional period stated in the offer
• Jiliph now reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice
• Bonuses are credited in Philippine pesos and remain as bonus funds until wagering requirements are met
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds subject to the wagering requirement stated in the promotion

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on jiliph now carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount that must be bet through before the bonus converts to real withdrawable cash. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means ₱10,000 in total bets must be completed before that bonus can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is always stated clearly in the promotion details on your jiliph now dashboard.

Bonus Abuse

Jiliph now takes bonus abuse seriously. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using betting patterns designed to artificially fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinating with other members to abuse promotions, or exploiting system errors or glitches. Where bonus abuse is identified, jiliph now may void the bonus, related winnings, and suspend the account without prior warning.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on jiliph now, including NBA, PBA, MMA, and other covered markets.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed and accepted once jiliph now displays a confirmation screen with a unique bet ID. Bets placed but not confirmed — due to connection issues, system errors, or other technical problems — are not valid and no liability is accepted. It is the member's responsibility to check that their bet appears in the jiliph now bet history before treating it as active.

Odds Changes

Odds on jiliph now reflect market conditions at the time of placement. If the odds change between the time you click and the time the bet is processed, the revised odds will be shown for your acceptance or rejection before the bet is confirmed. Jiliph now does not accept bets placed after an event has commenced unless the bet is clearly designated as an in-play/live bet.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake per bet on jiliph now is ₱10. Maximum stakes vary by sport, market, event, and account tier. Maximum limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. Jiliph now reserves the right to impose individual account bet limits where it determines that a member's activity warrants this.

Void Bets and Cancellations

Jiliph now may void a bet — returning the stake to the member's balance — in circumstances including: the event being cancelled or postponed without rescheduling within 48 hours; a pricing error where odds were clearly incorrect; or a technical error that affected bet processing. In all void cases, the original stake is returned in full. Winnings beyond the stake are not paid on voided bets.

Disputes

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly on jiliph now, you must raise the dispute within 72 hours of the event's conclusion by contacting customer support. Jiliph now's decision on disputes, made after reviewing available data, is final.

All casino games and slot titles available on jiliph now are operated by licensed third-party game providers. The outcomes of all games are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently audited on a regular basis. Jiliph now does not intervene in game outcomes and has no ability to influence individual results.

Game Malfunction

In the event of a software or connection malfunction during a casino game or slot session, the round may be rendered void and your stake returned to your jiliph now balance. Jiliph now is not liable for losses arising from genuine technical faults in game provider software. Any purported win resulting from a clear game malfunction is void and will not be paid.

Bet Limits in Casino Games

Each casino game on jiliph now has its own minimum and maximum bet limits displayed on the game interface. Live dealer table limits are shown in the lobby before you join a table. VIP table limits apply to designated rooms only and may require a separate request to access.

Members who consistently place maximum bets across high-variance games may, at jiliph now's discretion, have their maximum bet limit adjusted. This is a routine risk management measure and not a reflection on the member's account standing.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jiliph now. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended and the relevant balance may be forfeited pending investigation.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or using more than one jiliph now account
• Collusion: Coordinating with other members to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or poker rooms
• Match fixing: Attempting to place bets on events where you have inside knowledge of a pre-determined outcome
• Money laundering: Using jiliph now to process funds of illegal origin
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider after funds have been used on jiliph now
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, odds errors, or glitches to place bets at clearly incorrect prices
• Automation: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or interact with jiliph now
• Underage access: Allowing a person under 18 to use your jiliph now account

Jiliph now reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons, among others:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months
• A member's own written request for account closure
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. Jiliph now will send at least two email notifications before applying an inactivity maintenance fee to inactive accounts. If a balance remains after 36 months of inactivity, it may be forfeited in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations. Members can reactivate inactive accounts by contacting jiliph now support.

Self-Closure

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting jiliph now customer support. Real money balances will be refunded to your registered payment method after verification, provided no outstanding terms obligations exist. Bonus funds will be voided upon closure.

Jiliph now is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial distress or personal harm. These terms reflect that commitment.

Self-Exclusion and Limits

Every jiliph now member can access the following tools in their account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit
• Loss limits: A maximum net loss threshold for a set period
• Session time limits: A time cap on how long you can play in a single session
• Temporary self-exclusion: A cooling-off period of 1 day to 6 months, during which your account is locked
• Permanent self-exclusion: Permanent account closure with no re-registration permitted

Jiliph now will honour self-exclusion requests immediately. Once permanent self-exclusion is applied, jiliph now will not accept any attempt to re-register or reverse the exclusion.

Jiliph now collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Jiliph now uses your personal data to: verify your identity, process transactions, detect and prevent fraud, comply with regulatory obligations, and improve the platform experience. Your data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with service providers involved in operating jiliph now (such as payment processors and game providers) under strict confidentiality obligations.

Jiliph now provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, jiliph now's total liability to any member for any claim arising from platform use shall be limited to the net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Jiliph now is not liable for losses caused by: (a) interruptions in telecommunications or internet services; (b) events outside our reasonable control including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action; (c) unauthorised account access resulting from a member's failure to protect their credentials; or (d) decisions made by a member regarding which bets to place or games to play.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Jiliph now may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jiliph now will notify active members via email and/or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the new terms take effect.

Continued use of jiliph now after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using jiliph now and may request account closure with a refund of your real money balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of jiliph now that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Jiliph now operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Members are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws applicable to online gaming in their area of residence or access.
